Thoughts running in one’s head when can’t sleep, being disturbed by the next days’ tasks. This painting is about a young professional in the city struggling to separate busy working life from their ‘downtime’. It is based on a personal experience having to negotiate a range of ideas, plans and random thoughts, trying to make sense of them all, before the next morning comes along.
