The life of a family in the city, and the creations of complex social networks in a local community. This is painting is part of a series that explores the relationships between the building of social life and the building of places and spaces in a London neighbourhood. This series is based on personal experiences, using layering and contrast to create an impactful impression. 

The neighbourhood little ones series is Inspired by little nuances of my local neighbourhood in west London. Painting each moment as a little detail of light, sound, surprise and calm, this series makes a selection of beautiful moments, generated across a day.
